Yes! We are a pet friendly community! We welcome cats and dogs (a few breed restrictions apply) with a maximum of two pets allowed per home. Upon move in there is a $350pet fee due per pet. Additionally, there is a $50 pet rent that is billed with your rent each month.

For your application to be submitted we require a $50 application fee per adult and a $350 holding fee per household (this holding fee is applied towards your move in costs).

We offer two different parking options: Surface lot parking is available free of charge for all residents, and we charge $70 for a covered parking space.
When looking at our available homes you will see that there are homes in the one hundreds, two hundreds, and three hundreds. This correlates with the floor level. For example, 101 will be on the first floor, 201 will be on the second floor and 301 will be on the third floor.
